Processing Time

  • Order Preparation: Please allow 1-7 business days for order processing before your item is shipped. During holidays, sales, or launch drops processing times may be slightly longer.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Destinations

At this time we proudly offer shipping within the continental United States. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Methods 

We offer the following shipping options:

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  1. Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days.

  2. Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as carrier issues, weather, or customs inspections. TCB is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at amber@thecollectivebow.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We’ll assist you in sending a replacement if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at amber@thecollectivebow.com. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not yet shipped. The Collective Bow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
